This is something that will be pretty easy to do on your own, it is a lot of smaller sets to keep you from getting bored if you’re by yourself.
For the kicking in this practice, you can use a kickboard if you want. However, I have had some coaches who were firm believers in kicking without a board. It definitely makes you work harder. So if you consider yourself pretty good at kicking, I would suggest trying to not use a board every now and then to challenge yourself.
